As tenants, we have to have quarterly inspections. However, the person has a problem opening our front door. Its a UPVC door with a double lock feature. When attempting (and failing) to open the door they then leave, leaving the door insecure. You can open it up with a coat hanger though the letterbox. This has happened twice now. If we were robbed would letting agent be held accountable?
