I have always lived in houses with wooden external doors and I know how to change a lock barrel in one of those, but now I am buying a house that has all uPVC external doors. Is the process to change the lock barrel just the same?
They're the type of doors where you push the handle up to latch them closed and when you turn the key it locks into the frame with bolts all the way around the door.
