...on a typical english 3 bed, 2 storey semi-detached house, with softwood window frames, doors, soffits, bargeboards etc etc - all of which are flaking badly. What is the average cost in the south east to get it done up properly by a good painter, and is it better and/or cheaper to just replace it all with uvpc?
