When i cleaned every thing, the writing stains where left behind and doesn't come off the white UPVC. I tried everything to make it come off, even mr muscle. Nothign seems to work. So i rang the double glass company, they said they would give me a new door panel replacement within 4 days. ITs been now 6 days and nothing have come, i try ringing them every day all the time but no one answers the phone.
What can i do? I still have my receipt.
